The mods can be found here, under "downloads": That's why I am hoping that someone can archive and preserve these mods. I know that Take 2 has been really hard on the GTA modding community as of late, and that many mods have been taken down. Unfortunately, the download links provided have bandwidth restrictions, and the people behind this project are requesting that people make backups and refrain from downloading the same files multiple times. These mods are hosted on various filelocker sites including Google Drive, Mediafire, and MEGA. None of these downloads contain the full games the PC mods are designed to be used with the Steam versions of the games they're for, and the preconfigured PSP emulators require you to provide your own ISOs. There are also preconfigured emulators for a number of Rockstar's PSP games which never saw a PC release. It's a modding project for a number of Rockstar games, including several of the GTA titles, that fixes some of the issues these games have with their PC ports, as well as adding missing content from other versions, and support for things like widescreen and 60fps gameplay. I found this site through a link on r/patientgamers.
